      Please stay away from this company

      Cons

      There is nothing to learn. They are losing projects because of the management's inability to handle the projects and putting the blame on employees. No benefits given to employees. 100% team is work from home they expect employees to work 24x7. Officially it is 5 days a week but actually it is 7 days a week. Many employees are leaving the company already.

      Pros

      Supportive environment where your efforts are genuinely recognized. Plenty of opportunities to learn if you’re proactive and willing to take ownership. Exposure to real-world problems and scope to grow both technically and professionally.

      Cons

      So far, I haven’t experienced any major downsides. Like any growing organization, there are challenges at times, but nothing that stands out as a consistent concern.
