Some strong clients that present valuable opportunities to learn. Trusted to work autonomously without someone looking over your shoulder or forcing you to formally clock in and out – if you can deliver results and make clients happy you will be trusted to do it the way that works for you.

Subject to habitual layoffs that are a constant setback for morale and have seen something of a culture vacuum develop in the company. Lost senior colleagues either as a result of cuts, or indirectly because they chose to move elsewhere due to uncertain environment. Poor project management setup with a lack of formal structure can leave consultants burned out and without a support system. Lack of safeguards in place to ensure quality control and second opinions in projects before they are delivered (obsession with maximising margins has eroded good habits).
