Nice staff and doctor's for the most part. Some are not very sociable but all are very nice. Good experience working in fast paced environment.

Poorly run administration, low pay, long hours, very high turnover (but that is probably intentional), no lunch breaks.

I was employed at CPA for over two years and it was an amazing experience. The clinicians and management were a pleasure to work for. Working at CPA provided me with the opportunity to grow as a working professional in the health care industry.
Cons
I have no negative comments about my time working at CPA.
The doctors and social workers are great, and you can learn a lot from them.
Cons
This was a very toxic work environment. The management here is extremely unprofessional, they talk down to the assistants and treat them like children. The few employees that have worked here longer than 2 years are stuck in their ways.
Everything is outdated and makes the work 100 percent harder. They either need to update their equipment or hire more staff.
