The doctors and social workers are great, and you can learn a lot from them.

This was a very toxic work environment. The management here is extremely unprofessional, they talk down to the assistants and treat them like children. The few employees that have worked here longer than 2 years are stuck in their ways. Everything is outdated and makes the work 100 percent harder. They either need to update their equipment or hire more staff.

They are always hiring because nobody stays very long They give you two weeks pto (which includes sick time and holidays) You get some experience

They only hire people right out of college because the pay is low There are no lunch breaks even though you work 8 hours You're micro managed Management only looks at how employees can improve and not how they can improve
