Training was all over the place. They barely scratch the surface on the things you need to know and then complain that you don't know it. Reaching out for help and questions felt like a punishment waiting to happen and many times, it felt like you were bothering them. You are responsible for multiple skilled nursing facilities with little help and you have a lot to do in a short amount of time. Burns you out fast. You are not paid enough for everything you are responsible for. Supervisors and upper management felt very much like a clique of their own.
