Pros

The company supports the development of their employees. The benefits are amazing.

Cons

There is a false belief that Comprehensive Healthcare is a bad place to work. After working here for over a year, I have found no evidence for this claim.

Pros

The pay is the "Golden Handcuff" of Yakima. They pay you just enough above market rate that you’ll actually consider staying while your soul slowly leaves your body. Also, the coffee isn't toxic, which is a nice change of pace from the management style.

Cons

Where to start? Imagine a 1990s cubicle farm, but with the high-stakes pressure of healthcare and the trust level of a high-security prison. We have a "40-hour floor" policy, which means if your butt isn't in that specific fabric chair from 8:00:00 to 5:00:00, the building might actually self-destruct.
