This is a company that has a lot going on, plenty of opportunities. As a smaller company there are plenty of chances to try different things and expand into new areas and skills. The culture of the company is truly geared towards helping their employees succeed. They understand that their employees are their greatest resource and treat them accordingly.
Cons
They are a smaller company, which can be a terrific pro, but resources can be limited when a crunch time happens. Everyone is great about pulling together to help, but don't expect every day to be a low stress walk in the park.
