Pros
Great pay and benefits also a great place to grow many people went from the shop floor to high management jobs during the time I was there. But mostly regardless to what you may read here about management not caring is not true!! I went threw a stressful time in my life and started smoking and CRT is a non nicotine company. At any rate CRT did not fire me in fact they sent me for help also held many meetings with me trying to help me threw my troubles but at the end at that point I just couldn't get past the nicotine addiction and I resigned.
Cons
Not sure if this is a con. But as in any shop there is a few bad apples. But as I understand CRT has taken note and has removed some of the trouble makers.
