Honestly, nothing comes to mind that I didn’t like. My experience at Component Control has been positive overall, and I really appreciated the supportive work environment and opportunities for growth.

Heavy micromanagement from leadership made it difficult to work independently. A lot of the daily work felt repetitive and not very beneficial for long-term career growth. The Oracle database system was quite outdated, which caused inefficient workflows and extra manual effort.
