It's great working at ComplyPro . The team is great and we get to do a lot of exciting work! The company is very open to explore different tools and really value its employees and their feedback.

The same as with any start up - there is always lots of works to do and not enough hands.

They give opportunities to people with lower levels of experience and back them, allowing them to grow and succeed. Comfy, social office environment with lots of little goodies like lunch and snacks.

Highly sales-focused culture, sales are the A team, and everyone else is just the support team for them. The values they advertise aren't necessarily true, sometimes the opposite is. Industry terms are not the norm, sometimes using them is a sin. Also a pinch of toxicity.
