      CCFCU is a great employer that strives to appreciate the value of each employee, places a lot of effort into employee feedback, has unbeatable benefits, and places much effort into the betterment of the community.

      Cons

      CCFCU has a no tattoo policy and faces setbacks in allowing employees to climb the corporate ladder.
