      Pay decent, they start everyone at 14 normally.

      Cons

      Not much room for growth if you're on the production floor. Owner and managers ride around on segways pointing fingers before they return to their office.

      Fun and lenient management. Can listen to your music the entire shift which makes it go by faster. Decent pay. Great place to get your foot in the door for other career opportunities.

      Rats :/ no ppe so constant exposure to ink and wood debris
