Weren’t allowed to talk, freezing cold workspace, really mean management, minimum wage, always told we should do better / faster, asked to do more than what our job description was, never given a pay rise, given a month schedule but then told we weren’t needed a day before

Quite young but dedicated team.

Hiring mostly straight out of uni. Lack of transparency
