      Ability to break into 6 figures within your first year if you listen and have a solid business acumen. Allow you to work pretty autonomously but leadership is always happy to help navigate a tough deal.

      Cons

      Come with tough skin. Sales isn't for everyone. There will always be highs and lows

      Can't think of one positive experience.

      Cons

      Horrible leadership. Lied on interview about how the role would be. Uncovered lies on a weekly basis. Unwelcoming culture that clearly has a revolving door of employees. Someone quit my first week, and was fired my second week into the job. Team not open to ideas, provided attitude and rude remarks when asked questions on delivery.
