Pros

Not working there any more

Cons

I was an employee in the Marlboro office. Unless you are a seasoned recruiter who bills 200-300k a year do not come to this company. They work a draw system which means if they pay you 50k you will have to bill 150k to break even and not be in the hole. They have no development structure and there "training" is a chance for their top billers to tell you why they joined the company and endlessly ramble. You will have to sign a non compete which means they keep all of your hard work from the year including new clients and candidates you source for them. If you look around there are no high quality human beings in the entire company. Lastly, they are very good at pretending to care about you and befriending you to distract you from what is going on. The Foxwoods trip and summer golf outing are great because you get free alcohol to numb the pain of being in a room full of people who are an average of a 5. Matt McMullen should be in charge and is the man

Pros

Can't think of one positive experience.

Cons

Horrible leadership. Lied on interview about how the role would be. Uncovered lies on a weekly basis. Unwelcoming culture that clearly has a revolving door of employees. Someone quit my first week, and was fired my second week into the job. Team not open to ideas, provided attitude and rude remarks when asked questions on delivery.
