The office is terrible, the commission structure is the absolute worst in the city compared to other recruiting firms in the area. There are no perks or incentives...the office only has free water. There is no training or onboarding process for new people. The managers showboat while newer people struggle. Don't be fooled by the story that they sell you. Success at this company is only achieved if you fill your own jobs for your own companies and you will likely never see any of the bonus or reward.
