Great company to work with, high energy high pace but very rewarding

Can be tiring and stressful

There are no pros. I have nothing good to say about this company

Longevity means nothing to them. They don’t acknowledge anything you do a good job at, they only acknowledge anything you fall short of. The owner is a bully and will degrade you. And he will do it in front of other employees. I worked there for a total of 9 years thinking it would get better but it never did. The pay is low and the only ones that make any money is upper management. The owner is a cheater too. They let the entire maintenance department go a week before Christmas. Very heartless. I don’t see the company staying in business for much longer. If there was a zero to rate them, I would.
