Pay, if you've been there long enough. New employee pay is terrible.
Cons
Pretty much everything. You always have a heavy workload and no ability for OT. They will throw you into new projects with little to no advice or guidence then harass you about why something isnt being done. Your direct management doesn't care for you or any needs you might have. You will be micromanaged, talked down to, treated like you don't matter then given a company magnet and told you're so appreciated. Zero work/life balance. HR is a complete joke as they are just all buddies with the horrible managers. All that matters is they look good and get their big fat bonuses at the end of the year. The benefits are a joke that will have you paying half your salary for then thousands out of pocket also. My advice to anyone is run from this company.
