- Leverages a lot business frameworks to operate so you get to see what works from the theory - Strong HR and culture, very skilled people - Flat heirachy means direct access to leadership and they are very receptive - Renumeration rate and structure is good and significantly fair

- Perception, intuition and desk knowledge tends to drive direction - Operational focus is widely spread so a lot of effort yields less tangible results - Most outcomes are expected to drastically change fortunes and leave a little room for built up gains - Resets on direction either at the business level or department level happen way too much

They have a friendly work space, there are opportunities for growth and development.

I don't have any regrets for now. I am still observing.
