      Pros

      Separation from Mitie was the best thing for Complete Management is starting to stabalise Lots of problems have been addressed and dealt with Overall feel positive about Complete Care

      Cons

      Location of Head Office is a nightmare with traffic in and out at peak times, not the best location More interaction with field staff would be great

      Pros

      Working with the people making a difference in there lives that’s why I did what I did working with the elderly or people with developmental disabilities is what I truly believe I was born to do being a service to others that can’t help themselves. Feeding, cooking, cleaning, tubal feeding and changing there briefs never bothered me. Feeding and bathing as well. The clients are why I did the job.

      Great People to Work with Growth and Opportunities Benefits are a plus as well Prorated Time Off. Decent work hours

      Management could be a little better and Not enough staff for the amount work that is requested for on the back end.
