Pros

Birthday cake monthly Sometimes they order pizza Health insurance Weekly hours for certain groups

Cons

They don’t pay much. They advertise 10.00 per hour don’t Expect anymore than 11.50-12.00 Raises 🤣you’ll have to practically beg. Your not allowed to speak about pay . They refused to give us lunches one day Bc call volume was so high. So they ordered pizza and forced us to sit at our desk. Always looking for seat fillers. If you put in two weeks notice they will terminate you the same day. Basically unless you someway have ties to management your a bottom feeder at this place. Lots of favoritism. Certain people will take themselves off mandatory calls and nothing gets questioned.Employees who rub elbows with management come and go as they please and nothing is done.

Pros

Dedicated to growing opportunities for those who want to help work for it! They put their clients needs and business as a top priority. All campaigns are managed to provide the best quality at all times

Cons

Working and training those employees who just want to be lazy. They have to give them a chance, as they do everyone, but it rarely works out. It drains the environment!

Pros

good people fast pace and relaxed work environment

Cons

low pay no incentives they do not come to you to give you a raise you ah e to go to them and ask and then it takes 3 months to happen but they won’t hesitate to add responsibility to your plate and expect you to handle it
