Pros

Het is een klein bedrijf, gezellig personeel.

Cons

Pand tocht, winters koud en zomers bloed heet. Veroorzaakt ook nog eens hoofdpijn door de de headset. Het afnemen van toetsen en het onthouden van alle informatie is een uitdaging. Het voorlezen van informatie van het scherm, zoals bij andere bedrijven, is niet beschikbaar. Het personeelstekort en het hoge ziekteverzuim leiden tot klachten over de software en de traagheid van het systeem.

Pros

Liberal work hours as it suits management.

Cons

If you are looking at Complan for building a career, don't. In fact, stay far away. Not only will this organization use and abuse you and then toss you aside, they will also set out to destroy your reputation if you leave. They are a dangerous group, as any ex-employee of theirs will tell you.

Pros

The day you leave is the best thing about Complan.

Cons

I worked at Complan for 6 months. I was an Administrator for them using their winpcs software. I was never trained in the software but they client was lead to believe by them that I was an expert. It never delivered what was promised and I received no support from them leaving me to face a very angry client who has wasted a lot of money. Eventually when I did get to meet the management again I was physically threatened, verbally abused, and had my personal property withheld by them. Finally, I was fired for refusing to commit perjury for the owner.
