      Pros

      Sold as an "out of the box" but customizable consulting solution. Consultants have to spend a lot of pro bono time shaping projects to meet client needs; if they stuck with what CCI expects/pays for, the client will be left very disappointed. BUT they pay decently and promptly, the work can be fun, and you get to travel all over the country.

      Cons

      Sales and support for field folks is nonexistant. No discretionary money for client entertainment. Senior staff is a bunch of cronies.

      Pros

      Great amount of autonomy. Pay 1099 Contract Professionals well.

      Cons

      You're left all alone, for long periods of time, with little or no support. The IP looks like it's there, but your left with nothing but your own wits when a client pushes back. North American President is condescending and rest of leadership is more concerned with... Well, what, I don't really know. They're just not available.
