      Helping people that need emotional and spiritual support

      Cons

      Company is toxic. Corporate side of things only cares about the numbers and growing to a point of monopolizing the hospice business market. Lack luster support and training. No hope for growth within the company. Plan on leaving where you came in at. Very cliquish. Pay is not commensurate with others in the industry and level of your degree doesn't matter. Company wants you 24/7/365 for minimum salaries in the industry.
