Pros

Helping patients and families through a difficult time is rewarding when you have the staff, time, support, supplies, medication, etc to be able to do it.

Cons

Focus is on getting new patients, maximizing profits, cutting corners. Stay understaffed to save money then push staff to take care of more people than can be adequately done.
