Pros

Cohesive close knit team. Company places great importance on orientation, education, and safety of employees. My boss encourages my growth as an individual and part of the team. I never felt so appreciated for who I am and what I bring to the table. There is a lot of support from my peers and upper management. Glad I made the choice to join Compassus.

Cons

Could pay a little better. Not a bad start, though.
