Management is the worst I have ever worked for. Jim Deals vision for Business success and his 6 pillars is amazing- but the management team in ABQ NM is the WORST, I’ve ever worked for. When I first started with this company I wanted too stick with it until retirement. Sadly- I was unable to tolerate the toxic work environment. People are MISERABLE working here and there isn’t a way to report struggles without fear of retaliation. Over and over again I’ve watched them bully people out of their job. Jim Deal- I hope you read this and make an attempt to fix management before they run your company too the ground in New Mexico.
