      Pros

      Salary - they pay well because they can't get people to work there.

      Cons

      They just can't compete in this area due to poor management. I don't know who is hiring these ED's however they need to do an overhaul. I could do a better job and I'm only a nurse.

      Meaningful work, supportive team environment, opportunity to help families during difficult times.

      Cons

      Due to my compassion, it can be emotionally demanding at times and challenging to separate work from personal emotions.
