Cons
What we experienced felt like an unwilling takeover—led by an employer who showed little regard for our loyalty and dedication, and ultimately handed us over to a company that seems to value profit above all else. We received little to no training, and many of us were left to navigate the transition on our own. It quickly became clear they were unprepared for what they had taken on—and, frankly, indifferent to the impact.
For months, many of us lived with constant uncertainty, wondering if our positions would be eliminated. For some, that fear became reality. Those who remained were left to watch and wait, all while being assigned work that often didn’t align with our roles. Many chose to leave on their own. As for the rest, their future still feels uncertain.
Workloads increased, expectations became unrealistic, and the focus shifted from quality care to sheer quantity. Combined with the emergence of questionable practices, it’s enough to make anyone seriously question why they would choose to work for this company.
