I enjoy what I do, meeting new staff and helping get them through their induction training. Delivering training to help develop their knowledge and skills ready for going out into the settings. I get to meet a variety of people, from those who have years of experience and those who are just starting on their Health and Social Care journey. I get to travel around the North-West and the North-East.
