Pros

Compass MSP at one point pretended to care about their employees. But make no mistake, this is barely a functional MSP. It's an investment company, that swallows up IT shops, overworks talent until they quit, and replaces them new unsuspecting juniors that are willing to be underpaid. The pro? You'll learn what true hate is.

Cons

- You'll be put on an on - call rotation 24/7 with no overtime pay. - You'll be sent onsite to clients with known cases of COVID-19 - Very poor guidance from leadership - "Seniority" and "promotions" are disguised as ways to overwork and underpay you

Pros

Teammates are the best. Have folks here who really cared about each other. The folks doing the work are the best!

Cons

Leadership. They fire staff without notice if anyone says the wrong thing about their leader. HR is not your friend. They are truly there for the company. They were bought by a PE firm and plan to sell within 2 years and are cutting costs significantly now to make the sale look better. Clients are leaving non stop with no plan to gain any additional ones. The COO is toxic and unprofessional. Stay away from this company. They even have current staff write reviews on here that are untrue. Promotions only happen to who is friends with who and not on your work abilities or development.
