Reviews by terminated for cause workers are really interesting. The character of a reviewer/worker is indicated by the accountability for their own poor choices and efforts to create rather than improve upon issues that damage each member of the organization. We generally get out of life what we offer. And for a solid character person working hard and smart, Compass Tech is and has offered great opportunity for growth, income and leadership.
Cons
People get out of a job what they put in. Antagonism and mistrust creates bad results for some employees even in very good companies. Sometimes a company must grow through attrition in forming a better and stronger team of high character and trust. We have that now.
