      The leadership team is genuinely supportive. They’re not just bosses because they are also mentors who take the time to understand your career goals and help you map out a path to achieve them. I've seen many of my colleagues benefit from this approach. I love how they treat us. We're not just employees but also part of a team invested in each other's success.

      I feel like management respects my availability I also feel respected and I don't feel like I'm singled out because I'm a female I also feel like management is there but I need to talk to them
