      -Challenging -Gets a person out of their comfort zone -strategic thinking & planning -personal growth -relationship building -communications skills worked on -lack of micromanagement

      -rare work-life balance -unclear expectations by leadership -lack of realistic expectations set by leadership -corporate distant from Bay Area regional offices -lack of diversity in the workforce -lack of cultural humility shown by execs toward staff and clients of color. -double standards and many double-edged swords

      Very kind and supportive work environment. My position and role has been made very clear to me. I have felt so welcome by everyone here!

      Pros

      Great community of people who are supportive and caring. The work environment is positive with constantly striving for excellence. The schedule and leadership are consistent and reliable.

      Cons

      It is primarily a stationary role with little movement required.
