Frustrating people to work for - Anonymous employee Compass Pointe Healthcare System Employee Review

Upper management does not seem to care about their employees...this would be employees within the corporate department. Seem to be lots of turnover with the upper management. Making money seemed to be their reason for existence and not "...because everyone deserves great care!" (their tagline)
