Pros

large company, nice environment, office working hours, not really overtime working time, convenient location.

Cons

The company shows little regard for employee well-being, with low pay, limited career progression, and a culture of micromanagement. Morale is low, and the business appears to be on a downward trajectory. Additionally, the company lacks transparency and fails to communicate important changes in management to staff. Some of the center managers are so mean, there's a lot of women and too much gossip, and they put on a ''Queen'' attitude. Also, the old staff who are working there are very gossipy about the new joiner, and it seems like the center manager talks a lot of bad things about another colleague, and they put too much feeling into the new joiner. If you would like to work in this company, you must make the center manager like you, and the HR seems like they can't do anything; the new joiner is 100% under the control of the center manager. If the center manager doesn't like you, they don't even give you time to learn and grow.

Pros

None, free black coffee only

Cons

Finance HK counterpart tends to present well initially, with problematic behaviors emerging only after several months (true color) Management culture is toxic and highly unprofessional. Communication is poor, and explanations are often misunderstood or dismissed, even when clearly expressed in English. Leadership operates with a “we are always right” mentality, leaving no room for discussion or clarification. There is excessive nitpicking and micromanagement, with minor issues blown out of proportion. Worse, management tends to twist employees’ words and use them against both individuals and the team, creating unnecessary conflict. This behavior appears intentional, fostering tension and encouraging internal disputes rather than collaboration. I am the 10th Finance Manager in this role, which strongly reflects the lack of stability, support, and effective leadership within the organization. Overall, the environment is stressful, confrontational, and unsupportive, making it difficult for employees to work effectively or feel respected.
