Pros

I've read a lot of the reviews here and agree this can be a 1 star company to some people and a 5 star company to others. The thing I would like to stress and repeat is that it is the choice of the individual and their performance and attitude which eventually determines if they will like it here and be successful. If you are hard working and produce good results this will definitely be a 5 star company to you. In response to some comments I read: This is a flexible serviced office provider. You move offices frequently because you sit in your own product and have to move if the office gets sold. To me, this is hardly a big issue to cry about. Long working hours? Some people want to succeed and get ahead and have a lot of work to do then would (naturally) work long hours. Why is this such a big issues? No salary increase. It seems to me, the ones who left and are bitter and complained are the ones who didn't perform. That's why they didn't get pay increase. I can assure you the ones who perform well do get paid well and rewarded for their hard work, flexibility and positive thinking.

Cons

Unstructured because still relatively young company.

Pros

None, free black coffee only

Cons

Finance HK counterpart tends to present well initially, with problematic behaviors emerging only after several months (true color) Management culture is toxic and highly unprofessional. Communication is poor, and explanations are often misunderstood or dismissed, even when clearly expressed in English. Leadership operates with a “we are always right” mentality, leaving no room for discussion or clarification. There is excessive nitpicking and micromanagement, with minor issues blown out of proportion. Worse, management tends to twist employees’ words and use them against both individuals and the team, creating unnecessary conflict. This behavior appears intentional, fostering tension and encouraging internal disputes rather than collaboration. I am the 10th Finance Manager in this role, which strongly reflects the lack of stability, support, and effective leadership within the organization. Overall, the environment is stressful, confrontational, and unsupportive, making it difficult for employees to work effectively or feel respected.
