      Lots to learn Customer service people are great to work with

      Cons

      No transparency, lots of talk of transparency. Leadership lacks experience. Everyone is so buried in their work it's hard to get help from different departments to complete tasks timely or get back to customers.

      Colleagues are really nice, very understanding of each other.

      Company changes too fast which usually happen for startup but if you are overwhelmed by this you may not enjoy it.
