WORST EMPLOYER EVER!! - Anonymous employee Compass Medical Employee Review

This is the worst company that I have ever worked for!! The physicians are great to work for but the management is horrible. They treat their employees terrible by bullying and constantly degrading them in front of staff and patients. The management changes protocols weekly, changes employees hours on a whim and they do not have the correct answers for employees or patients. They have the highest turn over rate...I think 25 people came and went in one year!
