Pros

Co workers are amazing, direct supervisors are amazing, decent work schedule

Cons

Upper management is awful. They claim to have competitive wages, they claim to care about their employees, and they claim to actually believe in the work they are doing. Do not listen to them and do not believe what they say on the website about caring for their employees. They put people in positions that are designed to burn them out and the turnover rate is insane. They do not pay people well and they actively resist giving out raises. While corporate management is making more than enough money, the people who are actually doing the work and meeting with clients are struggling just to pay rent and management does not care. They would rather fund new teams and new construction projects rather than support and pay the people who already work for them.

Pros

→ Meaningful work with crisis patients → Decent pay and benefits on paper → Some wonderful frontline coworkers

Cons

→ Toxic clique culture among certain leads and supervisors that HR refuses to address → Experienced nurses with clean records are suddenly targeted with anonymous complaints and unfair investigations → Extremely high turnover (90%+ in some teams) speaks for itself → Management plays favorites; if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re eventually pushed out
