      Cons

      The pay is lousy, even for a non-profit. They under-pay for the work they hire you for, not the work you actually perform.

      → Meaningful work with crisis patients → Decent pay and benefits on paper → Some wonderful frontline coworkers

      Cons

      → Toxic clique culture among certain leads and supervisors that HR refuses to address → Experienced nurses with clean records are suddenly targeted with anonymous complaints and unfair investigations → Extremely high turnover (90%+ in some teams) speaks for itself → Management plays favorites; if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re eventually pushed out
