      flexibility in the time you come in, friendly co-workers, chance to branch out and try new things, wooded location.

      Cons

      lots of red tape around tracking your productivity, union had to fight off company from screwing employees out of benefits, low pay.

      → Meaningful work with crisis patients → Decent pay and benefits on paper → Some wonderful frontline coworkers

      Cons

      → Toxic clique culture among certain leads and supervisors that HR refuses to address → Experienced nurses with clean records are suddenly targeted with anonymous complaints and unfair investigations → Extremely high turnover (90%+ in some teams) speaks for itself → Management plays favorites; if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re eventually pushed out
