I am sorry to hear that you had a negative experience at Compass and I appreciate you taking the time to write this review. With our new contract in place we've been able to improve salaries across the board but advancement opportunities outside of our clinical roles are something we have identified as an area for improvement and we hope to address this in the new year. → Decent pay and benefits on paper
→ Some wonderful frontline coworkers
Cons
→ Toxic clique culture among certain leads and supervisors that HR refuses to address
→ Experienced nurses with clean records are suddenly targeted with anonymous complaints and unfair investigations
→ Extremely high turnover (90%+ in some teams) speaks for itself
→ Management plays favorites; if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re eventually pushed out
