      Pros

      Great time off accrual. Clients truly appreciate employees who help them, but also know who the slackers are. HR seems to want to help employees but are disconnected from field work.

      Cons

      Good employees with strong work ethic not appreciated. Too many coworkers are lazy and don't follow basic protocols. Management absent.

      → Meaningful work with crisis patients → Decent pay and benefits on paper → Some wonderful frontline coworkers

      Cons

      → Toxic clique culture among certain leads and supervisors that HR refuses to address → Experienced nurses with clean records are suddenly targeted with anonymous complaints and unfair investigations → Extremely high turnover (90%+ in some teams) speaks for itself → Management plays favorites; if you’re not in the inner circle, you’re eventually pushed out
