Small company with a local corporate office with corporate executives who reside within the same vicinities as the employees.

Particularity of the diets either prescribed or preferred within the “residents” can cause some unneeded stress, having to work all weekends and holidays can put a damper on personal life, when someone within the departments has an illness or a personal issue keeping them from work it causes extra workload on the usually harmonious skeleton dietary crew. Pay scale lower than similar positions elsewhere that have lower costs of living than California’s Central Coast.
