      The company is very large so there are plenty of opportunities to move up or laterally to build your career

      Cons

      Because it’s so large and there are many sub sectors, it doesn’t feel like one cohesive company regarding policies, at times.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
