      Great benefits, opportunities to move up and over, career development is quite possible

      Cons

      When they don’t have together, it’s quite obvious. Working with other sectors (under the same company umbrella) is often like working with your enemy. It’s really unfortunate how competitive and cruel the cross sector relationships can be.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
