Pros
Working at client headquarters was intriguing. Collaborating with employees of other regions and/or headquarters is fun.
Cons
Compensation is often overlooked. Company is extremely large and way too bureaucratic for a private company. Too many hoops to jump through to get work done. Policies are seemingly endless. And I'd have to often go out of my way to basically beg for exceptions to rules even though client has specific demands.
