      Great stepping stone job when you are entry-level.

      Cons

      Basic leadership and lack of organization. I found myself bored and trying to keep busy with no important tasks. There were not many opportunities to grow within the company I was contracted for.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
