felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

long ish hours, lots of walking

Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
